If you are serious about being a powerhouse presence at squash tournaments now and in the future, ISA’s Elite Invitational Camps are an invaluable investment. This tournament training camp is Invitation Only. This squash program was designed to address the needs of dedicated squash athletes—those who truly want to claim the sport as their own and are competitive tournament training players. Founded on the cornerstones of squash strategy, psychology, and conditioning, we aim to help you achieve higher rankings than ever before.

The College Showcase Camp experience is a creative squash program that gives players freedom and creativity to take their game to the next level. 10-15 college coaches will be in attendance each week. They will be coaching the camp teams, motivating the players, offering strategy and skill development clinics and being available to address any and all questions. With an exclusive high-school camp, you will enjoy playing and socializing with your age group and future squash teammates and opponents.

The ISA Tournament Training Camp was developed to provide advanced junior squash players with an opportunity to become better squash match players and improve their tournament results. Players will train with other motivated tournament players and compete against each other in a constructive, fun, and well-organized squash camp setting. This challenging atmosphere will encompass the mental and physical demands of match play and provide a great opportunity for juniors to improve their USSquash rankings.

Squash Camp Curriculum

Campers are instructed in squash technique, tactical strategy and conditioning most relevant to the game today. Our combination of skill lessons, quick squash drills and individual sessions is specifically designed to enable each squash player to improve their overall game, regardless of ability level. Our low camper-to-staff ratio enables our instructors to give consistent personal feedback. Advanced players who wish to focus on squash tournament training will have additional court opportunities to concentrate on match play tactics, strategy and mental preparation in a competitive setting. All campers will leave our squash camp with a personal workbook as a reference for what each player was working on at camp and to help encourage the continued development of these skills.

We encourage everyone to stay overnight, but will offer a non-residential price to those local squash players who desire to sleep at home. Immersing entirely into the squash program gives our staff the flexibility to transition the curriculum freely throughout the week. Our goal is to provide players with a variety of teachable moments. There will be great opportunities to learn on and off the court and depending on the intensity of squash matches, scheduled private lessons, Q&A and skill clinics, the ideal experience hinges on our unlimited access. We aim to customize all aspects of the experience in the moment as we work together to reach attendees goals.

Why International Squash Academy Is the Superior Choice

We pull from some of the top college squash coaches in the sport. Players enjoy camper to coach ratios as low as four to one for the highest level of personal attention to significantly improve your game. We emphasize a culture of fun and safety here at the International Squash Academy. Campers are supervised for the duration of their stay. During overnight camps, the staff resides in the dormitories with squash campers. During the day, staff is available to deal with campers’ specific needs.

Our squash camps are designed to meet the needs of boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 18.
