Trinity College, Hartford, CT
Trinity College’s Kellner Squash Center has 10 international-size courts, two of which are constructed with three glass walls for easy spectator viewing.

Head Coach Paul Assaiante is entering his 14th year at Trinity and will direct the Trinity, Lawrenceville & Fairmount AC locations. His men’s squash team is coming off a eleventh consecutive perfect season, extending the nation’s longest intercollegiate winning streak in any sport to 202 matches in a row. Possessing a stellar career record of 258-10, Assaiante has guided the men’s squash squad to the apex of the sport.
From 1999-2003, Assaiante coached both the United States Squash Team, which competed in the Pan American Games, and the USA Men’s Team, which played in the World Championships. Twice named the United States Olympic Committee Coach of the Year, Assaiante was given the United States Squash Racquets Association (USSRA) President’s Award in 2003-04 for his lifelong contribution to the sport.
Assaiante’s professional athletic career was nothing short of spectacular. He was one-half of the U.S. national doubles championship duo in 1994 and captured the USSRA 50-and-over men’s squash title in 2004. Joining Assaiante will be members of the Trinity Coaching Staff and Team.
Also directing this camp will be South African native Reggie Schonborn. Reggie was a player and captain for Trinity is in the midst of an unprecedented 165 consecutive match winning streak. Reggie was a 3 time All-American and All-NESCAC performer. He is currently earning his master’s degree at Trinity and helping coach the women’s team.
Upon graduating, Reggie joined the PSA Tour and currently holds a world ranking of 150. During his debut season, Schonborn made the semi-finals of the Atlanta Open and the Rochester Pro. The past 2 years Reggie’s team has won the Five-Man-Team Nationals in New Haven. Abroad, Reggie has played in numerous professional events including, the Salzburg Austria Open and Sigma Swiss Open.

Pat Cosquer, Bates College Men's & Women's Head Coach, will take over as camp director after working the camp in 2008. Campers will enjoy Pomfret’s Corzine Athletic Center which has 8 new state-of-the-art international courts.
Cosquer graduated from Bates in 1997, and played varsity baseball and squash all four years. Cosquer was team captain and MVP his senior year. Cosquer has been at StreetSquash in Harlem, NYC for the past four years, serving as director of squash programs.
Cosquer has coached and instructed squash throughout the Northeast, including stints in Rhode Island at the Newport Squash Club and Portsmouth Abbey School, the Chatham Club in New Jersey and various camps and clinics.
Kelsey Engman, enters her second season as Tufts University Women's Head Coach and Asst. Men's Coach and will co-direct this camp. Kelsey joined the Jumbos in ‘07 after a strong playing career at Bates College. Kelsey played #1 and was the captain of the team her senior year. She was the first Bates women to defeat an Ivy League #1 ranked player. In 2006 she won the Men’s 3.5 Division of the Maine Open and returned in 2007 to take the women’s division title. Coach Engman is excited to have this opportunity to coach junior’s players after a rewarding experience at Berwyn Squash and Fitness.
Joining Pat & Kelsey will be Matt Marchisotto, Bates class of 2011, currently plays men's #4. Matt went 14-4 at #5 last year for the ninth ranked team and helped them become Hoehn Trophy Champions. Matt is a New York City native and played for the Lawrenceville School in Princeton, NJ.
Lauren Siddall of Pontefract, England, will join the International Squash Academy staff at Pomfret School. Lauren is currently playing at 40 in the world for WISPA and looking forward to working with our youth campers this summer
